Our journey in the middle East didn’t end yet and we are still discovering its culinary wonders!
Chef Ghada will show us how to make two of the main national dishes in the middle East and give us all the secrets and tips that make them a successful ones!
MENU:
Kebbeh
The kibbeh dough is a mixture of finely ground meat and bulgur. In this recipe, the dough is shaped in oval balls and stuffed with ground meat, chopped onions and pine nuts.
Waraq Enab
Vine leaves, stuffed with a mixture of rice and diced vegetables with olive oil, rolled in fingers and cooked on slow heat.
