Joan,Vivian and Janice are three lovely ladies and fans of ourcooking class Program. By attending couple classes, they would like to reciprocate with the Women’s group and have a Jewish cooking demonstration of what this rich and diverse cuisine, centuries old, has to offer.

The class will be held at Joan’s house at 244 Main St, Barriefield – Kingston K7K5S5.

MENU:

Pickled Herring or Mock Chopped Liver on challah bread

Brisket:
pot roast braised with onions, made with Halal beef

Lokshen Kugel:
baked noodle pudding with eggs & fruits

Mandelbrot:
cookies with nuts
