Mbatten:
potato wedges with a herb and minced meat filling, coated in breadcrumbs and egg and fried.

Rishda:
home-made steamed pasta known as rishda. The secret of this dish is a rich onion and chickpea sauce with the consistency of lamb stew.

Ghraiba:
shortbread cookie with butter and pistachio, topped with almond.
