It is this time of the month again to follow up with our gastronomic journey. Our star country is Jordan and will feature one of its most popular and favorite dish and desert in order to recreate the same festive atmosphere Jordanians radiate around food.

Roasted chicken baked with onion, olive oil, sumac, topped with fried pine nut and served over traditional hand kneaded bread
Tamriyeh
a delicacy Jordanian sweet, stuffed with semolina filling base and drizzled with icing sugar
