Cooking Class, June 11, 2012

We are launching our monthly cooking classes program inshaAllah.

It is going to be a long journey to discover what the cuisines of the world have to offer.

This month, we will land on Lebanon to sample from its rich and tasty cuisine.

When: Monday, June 11th 2012

Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Where: The kitchen of the Islamic Centre if Kingston

Cost: $10/person

Chef: Sr. Mervat Jomaa

Main dish: Makloubeh (chicken with vegetables and nuts)
Salad: Fatoush
Dessert: Lebanese Baklawah with walnuts

Registration is mandatory and no later than Saturday June 9th
